1. Order Cancellation

● Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately at order@bookyberg.in or +91 9178396022 with your order number.

● After Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

2. Refund Policy 
Eligibility for Refund:

Cancelled Orders: A full refund is applicable if the order is cancelled before shipment.

Returned Products: Refunds are only applicable if the product is returned in an unused, unopened, and original sealed packaging condition. This is especially important for personal care and skincare items due to hygiene concerns.

Failed Transactions: If your payment is debited but the order is not successfully placed, an automatic refund will be initiated.

Refund Method & Timeframe:

● Refunds are processed to the original payment method used (e.g., UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet).

● Refunds will be initiated within 1–3 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.

● Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

● For failed transactions, refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days.
