1. Order Cancellation

● Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately at order@bookyberg.in or +91 9178396022 with your order number.

● After Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

2. Refund Policy 
Eligibility for Refund:

● Cancelled Orders: A full refund is applicable if the order is cancelled before shipment.

● Returned Products: Refunds are only applicable if the product is returned in an unused, unopened, and original sealed packaging condition. This is especially important for personal care and skincare items due to hygiene concerns.

● Failed Transactions: If your payment is debited but the order is not successfully placed, an automatic refund will be initiated.

Refund Method & Timeframe:

● Refunds are processed to the original payment method used (e.g., UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet).

● Refunds will be initiated within 1–3 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.

● Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

● For failed transactions, refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days.

3. Refund and Replacement policy:
You can request a replacement within 24 hours of product delivery. Return will be processed within 2-4 days

Refund will be processed and “credited” within 7-10 working days.

4. Exchange:
The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories.

Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will initiate the replacement process. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued as per refund policy. Replacement or exchanges will be “delivered” within 7-10 working days
