Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

● Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

● A confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking information will be shared once your order is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Timelines:

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (based on your delivery location).

● Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available in select metro cities at an additional charge)

 

 

Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Please review our returns policy below:

Return Window:

● Return requests must be raised within 2 days of product delivery.

Return Eligibility:

● Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.

● For skincare and hygiene products, returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original sealed packaging, and has not been used or opened.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Customer Support:

Email us at support@bookyberg.in or call +91 91783 96022 within the 2-day window. Share your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Authorization:

Once reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.

3. Packaging & Return:

Securely pack the product(s) and clearly label the RA number on the parcel.

Inspection & Resolution:

 

  • All returned items undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
  • If eligible, your refund or replacement will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
    – Return Pickup: Scheduled within 2–4 business days (depending on location).
    Replacement Dispatch: Processed within 2–3 business days after successful inspection. Delivery in 7–10 business days.
  • Returns may be rejected if the item is found to be used, damaged, or not meeting the return criteria.
